Clearscope hiring talented generalists to join our Operations team. The Operations team at Clearscope owns many key functions including vendor management, security, billing, compliance, and more.
Work closely with the sales and success teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
Manage and maintain our CRM system in HubSpot, ensuring that all internal processes are up-to-date and accurate
Streamline and navigate vendor procurement processes for new customers and subscription renewals
Serve as the point of contact for required business filings including taxes, state compliance, etc.
Pick up ad-hoc business and customer-facing tasks that cannot be automated, such as contract reviews, customer success projects, data analysis, billing, compliance reviews, and so on
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience reconciling payments (Stripe) and navigating vendor procurement processes
Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot)
Experience working with HR and payroll solutions (Gusto)
Strong communication and presentation skills in a virtual team environment
