How do I cancel my subscription?

TLDR: Account > Settings > Billing & credits tab > Cancel subscription button at the bottom of the screen

1. Select "Account" in the header menu to reveal a drop-down menu. and click "Settings" option

2. Click the “Billing & credits” tab on your Organization Settings screen

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Cancel subscription” button

4. Answer the prompt about why you chose to cancel your Clearscope subscription from the drop-down menu and select the “Cancel subscription” button

5. You will receive an email confirming your subscription was canceled and that you will no longer be charged. After the billing period ends, you will no longer be able to access the Clearscope platform.
